The rooms here are spacious with a kitchen and the food is fantastic as well.

It was reasonably priced and exceeded high expectations for party. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast which was included and very good. The atmosphere created was family.

The room was quiet with very little outside noise, the beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Bourke St Mall and lots of cafes/resturants in nearby lanes, close to tram stops, convenience stores and bottle shops

The resturant/bar was a bit pricey for the quality of the meal, room service charged $36 for delivery of a $16 bottle of wine, not enough coffee provided for 2 people to have more than 1 decent strong cup

Fabulous property, has personable and obliging staff all with lovely friendly manner. Very central location, just a short stroll away from Supreme Court of Victoria. Easy walk to a train station, good area.

The rooms here are nice and quiet, which is great for a good night's sleep. They offer a breakfast that’s above average and fairly priced. Plus, the check-in process is smooth and you can enjoy a late check-out, giving you some extra time to relax. 🥐.

Room cleaning (carpet vacuuming) is not good enough especially with kids occupying the room, they plan light room service every other day. You have to request more attention to do room cleaning.

We would recomand this property to friends. The place is charming small and spotless, it offers warm breakfast and fantastic location close enough to lots of public transport.

I enjoyed staying in a room that was well-equipped with good facilities like the single beds.

The television was hard to use - it needed to be programmed.

I requested a king suite, and it was modern and well-kept. 👍.

We were right in the city. Close to all the shopping areas. Easy access to public transport, (taxis or bus or even the trams). Close to the casino and other site seeing places. Walking distance to China Town, Theatres and restaurants.
